Daniel Codling is one of the island's sporting superstars. Danny grew up on the island and has paid much tribute to it during his skyrocket boxing career. He won a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games in 2004. These days he is more likely to be seen as a trainer, giving his charges, which have included heavyweight Shane Cameron, the right ringside advice.
