Pink drinks
From Waihekepedia
Pink Drinks is a regular social gathering for Waiheke gay men and lesbian women. The idea was developed in rural Australia to facilitate meeting same sex people in isolated communities, in a non-commercial, social setting. Meetings take place at a member's house or community venue (such as Rocky Bay Hall) usually every 6 weeks on a Saturday afternoon from 5 to 7pm. The venue for the next meeting is drawn from volunteers' names. Entry is by koha and is BYO. Invitations are extended by reference. Non-island visitors are welcome.
