My real name is Brent Simpson, Country Mike is ... well... it's for another time.

I am currently on the Board of Advisors for a large wiki called WikiEducator that is working towards building capacity around the MediaWiki platform (the software that runs this site as well as Wikipedia) for developing Open Educational Resources. I designed part of the WikiEducator front page, community portal page, help page, and introductory -wiki tutorials. I'm also a Custodian at Wikiversity, a project sponsored by the Wikimedia foundation that runs Wikipedia.
